Default Re: Destroyer

In addition to your great descriptions I wanted to add that that the first Star Destroyer I got was orange 175 "proto" stamped and the plastic had a taffy-like texture. The texture is soft to the touch with a matte finish and was nicely flexible. This disc became understable pretty quickly and now requires some hyzer to fly straight.

I was thumbing through a stack of Star Destroyers about a week ago and I found one highlighter red at 170 grams with a "proto" star stamp also but the texture of this star plastic was slightly different. It had a shiny finish and was even more flexible. I would describe this as more of a gummy star plastic. I have found the second, lighter star destroyer to be slightly straighter at high speed (more stable) and really just fun to throw because of how flexible it is - but that's just my preference. just thought i'd share that not all star plastic is created equal
