Exactly. It makes no sense to hold a mini when we have a ton of work to do before the Oklahoma Open. Is their not an admin who can step up and make this decision?

TDSA policy is that once a mini is scheduled we will cover it, we may well suggest to all attending that there is a work party in progress and that they are more than welcome to do that instead of the mini or after their round but we do not cancel already scheduled minis for work days
We all know that some players would rather play than work anyway
so from them we take their money and then Joyle will be free to help after the afternoon round is done.

besides some of those who will play Saturday instead of helping wouldn't be a lot of help at the work detail anyway
