It is dumb, but it is what it is.
It doesnt matter. The Champions wont go down in value, that much, but the Star "Protos" will take a big hit. Doesnt matter much to me, I got a box coming and they are getting buried for a year. Im not paying anymore for them than any other Star disc....makes me happy I got outbid on the black one on Ebay for 60$.
As far as people knowing the difference, dont count on it. People are still under the impression the proto Gators were made at a different time than the factory stamped versions.
