That isn't the best seller. I recently got 2 japan rocs from him and one of them had a flaky hotstamp and a big part of it had flaked off by the I got it. he said the rest of the one like the ones I got were the same way so I couldn't trade. He did promptly give me a refund. then a couple of days later he listed another one and didn't say anything about the flaky hotstamps! I contacted him about the Teebird in the auction, and he said that its probably not a proto ce and he still has it listed as that!!! kinda lame
