I can't get the unofficial ratings any easier than anyone else. In fact, since I don't even see the TD reports until they are processed for ratings, I don't even know which layouts were used. At least those at the event might know what layouts they played along with whatever other divisions played with them. So, you can estimate the ratings by using the downloadable Excel league ratings calculator from the Ratings docs page by pasting in the results round by round.
