Below is copy/pasted from our bylaws, I agree that some of it may be kinda "just titles" in a way, many of these responsibilities are shared by many, the actual money things are probably the most important to be "actually accountable per job description" These are the actual Board Positions, remember there are also "committee positions" that are determined by the elected board i.e. course reps, TDs, ect.
I'd love to see Rodger involved, Roger Knight and Willie are also very passionate about disc golf but remember you have to be a "current" dues paying member to vote/run/hold board positions per our constitution

C. Duties of Directors

The duties of the directors are outlined in Article V of the WAFDA constitution. The following positions define the (7) Board of Directors and their responsibilities.

CHAIR

Conducts business meetings. Brings meetings to order, keeps meetings organized, has authority to deal with any misconduct, responsible for calling on all Directors and Committee Representatives to report, closes meeting.

CO-CHAIR

Same responsibilities as the Chair, stands in as Chair when necessary.

TREASURER

To handle all WAFDA money. The Treasurer reports at each business meeting on the financial status of WAFDA by keeping a ledger which will include all receipts of payment. This ledger shall be kept in accordance with good accounting practices. The Treasurer shall have principal access to WAFDA’s PO Box. WAFDA’s checks shall require both the Treasurer’s and Controller’s signatures.

CONTROLLER

The controller assists the Treasurer and also keeps inventory and possession of WAFDA property and merchandise.

SECRETARY

Takes the minutes of all business meetings, recording all motions and voting. Keeps all club records, except financial records, including minutes of meetings, bylaws, correspondence and a list of committees and their members.


PUBLIC RELATIONS

Responsibilities include being a spokesperson for WAFDA and coordinating media coverage of WAFDA and WAFDA’s events and activities.

EDUCATION

Responsible for educating the general public about WAFDA and disc sports in general through clinics, exhibitions, organized competition and media coverage.
