If you pay 8 ppl and 1st gets 800, 2nd 700, 3rd 600, so on and a guy in 5th declines, the payout would be as followed....
1. 800
2. 700
3. 600
4. 500
5. Decline
6. 400
7. 300
8. 200
9. 100
