Here's a question for you eBayers.

I won an auction for some NFL football tickets a few months ago, and moved residences since then. I have since changed and confirmed my address in both eBay and PayPal. The guy who is selling me the tickets is insisting that he must "send all tickets to the confirmed address you sent with your paypal payment."

I'm worried that if he sends them to my prior address, it will not get forwarded to the new one. Or not in time before the game.

Why is this guy being such a ******?
