A weekend of peace love and Disc Golf at the 25+ year running Chandler Tornado Open. :eek:

The Tornado is always booked as part of Earth Week and has two nights of camping with night golf and parties :cool:

Maybe next year the Norman tour could book a different weekend eh? :confused:

Hi Martin - We put the Tour de Norman on the Oklahoma Disc Golf Calendar of Events back in December (along with the full 2012 SDG event schedule), before Chandlerstock was scheduled. In 2011, Chandlerstock fell on the second weekend in April (the 9th and 10th) so we grabbed the third weekend, hoping to avoid an event conflict. We're very disappointed it didn't work out that way - we hate to miss Chandlerstock ourselves! At any rate, April is turning out to be a great month for Oklahoma golfers. With any luck, the two events will not conflict next year so I can roll to T-Town for the Tornado Open in 2013! :D
