Lamesa Disc Golf

Lamesa is looking at disc golf! They have a great park with many, many trees. Greg Brooks is working with them, so the finished course will be good. I'm sure, more to come.....

woot! It would be really cool to have a disc golf course in my home town. Probably no more than a 9 holer Im guessing...cant think of another park besides Forest Park that would be a candidate for disc golf.

Yeah, Forest Park is the one. It's kind of like three mini parks almost. Plan is for an 18. There is another park toward the golf course up the draw (south of the golf course across the street). I can't remember it's name right now, but it is a very nice park with good trees, some elevation, would fit a short nine.
