This facility is located North of the 7-11 in front of Senter Park. Building looks like a house and has a fence around it with a long drive way on both sides. Senter Street is between Shady Grove & Sixth St.

I have a meeting with Doug Wilson(IPAR) the week of March 30, so it's very important to have good attendance. Finances - Park Improvements - Youth Programs to list a few items to be discussed. This is a chance to voice your opinion about past-present and the future of Our Club.

I told Ziggy on Monday, but with the doubles going on I hope he doesn't forget. I also posted a note on the board at Fritz Park. I will be sending as many e-mails as possible or phone calls while watching A&M destroy Tech tonight. I also scheduled a second date April 16 as a follow up meeting, so if things do not go well on March 19 we have another month to re-group.

How did the meeting go?

Thanks to all those who attended last nights meeting.

Overall the meeting went very well and I was very pleased with the ideas and suggestions that were brought to the table. A committee is being formed to draft by-laws and to set the duties of The Leadership Group. The results of The Committee meeting will be discussed at the April meeting.

Many other things were discussed, but would take forever to put on this board. I will be putting together the minutes of the meeting and will be available to all those interested by e-mail within the next week.

The City of Irving has provided us with a really nice facility to meet at free of charge twice a month if needed. I would really like to take advantage of this meeting place once a month until we get the basics into place. Our meeting times will be the 3rd Thursday of every month at 7pm and should not last more than 1 1/2 hours.
