We had an issue with water this weekend and its not going to happen again!!!!
We need to assign a board member to be responsible for this... whether it is bringing 6 or 7 cases of bottled water to each event to throw in ice chests or bringing water coolers...assigning it to a responsible club member would be ok... Thats a mere $20 to $25 investment...

I know for the A-tier we were able to pool together about 5 or of those 5 gallon water coolers. We just need people who have them to bring them, or use club funds to purchase 3 or so.

Let me know if you want me to round up some water jugs for the SA Open. I have one and the club has 2 or 3. Four is probably enough for that event given that pass go (main area) twice during a round.

Experience says 5 or 6 is the best number (1 every 3 or 4 holes), but for a course that loops like McClain you definitely can follow Scott's idea.
