West Texas Doubles Sept. 13th & 14th(san angelo)

Just wanted to post a little info about our W.T. Doubles coming up in September.

Date: Sept. 13th & 14th
Divisions: Open, Advanced, Ams, Mixed*

Coures: Both in town 9 hole courses will be used Saturday, the field will be split. Some will play Brentwood in the morning, some will play Picnic Bend. Then we'll switch at lunch. Not sure of the exact format yet, but last year it was 9 holes of worst shot, then 9 holes of best shot at both of these courses.

Then Sunday will be at the lake course for a round of either 18 or 27. That has yet to be determined, but will be soon.

I think there will be some best score used at some point in the weekend rather than the normal best discs, worst discs, alternate shot.

* We tried to get a mixed doubles division before, but didn't get enough interet for it to make. This year we already have 3-4 teams interested for sure, with another 3 or 4 on the fence. If you are interested in playing in the mixed divisions please contact the TD, Jeanne Moore at wake_n_jeanne@yahoo.com to confirm it's going to happen.

Howdy. I have maintained the flyer on the Mackenzie Park course sign. I also made copies some time back and passed them out at several of our mini's. I never made it down your way (thus no call). I will call when I do head that way.
