Currently the plan will be to host the 2008 Spring League on Wednesday nights starting on April 9th.

More details will get posted here but I wanted to just get a quick update out there.

MORE INFO:

Valley View Leagues are still scheduled to start back up on Wednesday, April 9th. 5 to 6 will be check in and then we'll get started by 6:15.

I met with the parks department last week to discuss getting 18 new tee signs and a new basket to replace the stolen one. If you have a great connection to creating some type of tee sign solution let me know and I'd like to work with you.

I believe the parks department will put the baskets in late this week or early next week. I'll keep you posted.

As of Saturday noonish, there were only 10 of 18 baskets in the ground. Some pins are still covered by snow but others could be put in the alternate spots. Stay on the fairway or bring your waders!

We plan to play with whatever baskets are out there tomorrow. I'm still working with the parks to get some new tee signs and even a replacement basket for the stolen one.

I should be out there around 5pm tomorrow and we'll have to get started promptly at 6.

If anyone wishes to pay cash for this weekend's WI Tour Warm Up you can certainly do that as well.

Mike Ellery just informed me that 17 of the 18 holes are now back in the ground at Valley View. It will probably be a couple of weeks before we have a new basket as a replacement but I'll keep you all posted.

Just so that everyone knows - I have been submitting the weekly league results file to Uncle Joe and he has been graciously updating the Great Lakes Disc Golf Club (http://www.gldgc.com) website.

I just gave him the results from week 7 so I'm sure he'll have that new file up in a day or so. Thank you to Joe and to all of the awesome league participants that come down to play Valley View.
