Sorry, but ANY monster hole where the fairway goes through the slot beside the bridge can't be done. The farthest back we can go is the championship tee on 18, and that still puts anybody on the bridge in possible errant flight path. Think about you or me trying to hit that gap from 350 ft. away with casual park users at that busy sidewalk intersection. I don't trust that everybody would wait for it to be completly clear.

Mando it, through Championship 8's tee box. :)

Good news. It appears that we will have a title sponsor for the Fling this year. I'll spill the beans once everything is official.
Also, I have a buddy who is almost finished with the artwork for the Fling SuperColor discs--these things are gonna be sweet. I need to decide which molds to buy and how many (gotta be a minimum of 50 per mold from what I understand). I'm thinking 50 Force and 50 Buzzz. Let me know if you suggest otherwise. Remember, this isn't just a survey of what YOU want--it's what we think will sell the fastest.

The last I heard on this was Dave Dunipace saying the process was not working and they did not have any intention of repairing it, as it was too expensive. I'll check again. If it works, what molds?

I'm thinking 50 Force and 50 Buzzz.
I'm not too sure the Force is available in SC. I know the Surge, Buzzz and Challenger are.
I have also heard through other vendors that Innova's Inncolor had been 86ed. Might want to call/ask Dave.

You're as sharp as a marble sometimes. Innova's Inncolor was down a few months ago and vendors were being told that it was not an option anymore. That is a fact. That's all that we were saying. Obviously they fixed it for you Brice.

Innova did fix their machine and had it back up and running towards the end of '07. However, the full color no longer covers the disc from edge to edge. Just a 6" or 7" circle in the center is all I've seen since the repairs.
Brice, is that how the PIAS full colors are?

why is the Fling $2.00 more entry than Rockwall when they are both C-Tiers..
and only asking...not stirring the pot :)
I know they are not run by the same group, but I figured there may be something for course fund or to continue rebuilding the VET
Just didn't see it in the description on what it may go to

That two bucks is the per-player fees that have to be paid to the PDGA for sanctioning. By adding the fees on top of the entry, it allows for a little bit higher payout. That's all.

Razoo's is a top notch resturant and what Don has done has no rival in the history of sponsorhip for the Fling ( barely beating out Ken Cantrell's sponsorship last year ) and it is appreciated greatly. Everyone should try to get by their place and make sure to thank them for their support.
Don was telling me today that everyone will get a plate with sausage and chicken as well as sides on it. I'm sure this will make everyone that plays a winner.
Thanks Don and thank you very much Razoo's

Also, pre-registration GREATLY eases my workload on Saturday morning, which means everyone gets to start on time. Don't be the person holding up everyone else by trying to register as I am ready to hand out cards.
If there are still spots available Saturday morning, I will stop taking registrations at 8:30 to make sure we get started on time.

Greg, you should hold to 100 max entries. It will lessen confusion and stress. If anyone misses out it's not your fault. Keep in mind Razoos is only in for 100.

...yes sir. And with 18 holes you should hold to 90. Gives 10 of us fat boys an extra plate lunch. :D

no way. keep it open. if we go over 90, add some baskets. if we go over 115, add some more. theres tons of room, and if that many want to play there should be lots of folks around who can go set up the exta baskets. we prolly have room for 27 easily.

Nice signature. It should read:
