Things at Pearsall Park should be compete by April 08 and mini's will start shortly after that. :D

here's the lastest from SAPR
the latest word is that the golf course is expected to be finished in 45 to 60 days.

Additionally a disc golf course is planned Pearsall Park, 4700 Old Pearsall Road. Estimated completion for the Pearsall project is August 2008

We are looking at an October opening for all Pearsall Park Phase II Youth Sports Practice Fields and Disc Golf Course .

The course is in now, but not open to the public. Pete holds the course record at =3 if all holes are Par 3. The sign indicates Par 3, 4 and 5's but this isnt accurate. I will be starting Saturday Afternoon mini's as soon as the Park course is offically opened. :confused: :D

Ps. The first disc has been losted on hole number 6 it's a yellow day glow Surge with the 2006 World stamp.

The Parks dept is now planting grass seeds around the basket area and some fairway so if you play pearsall please try to not mess up where they have planted. Thanks and Disc on

It may be best to hold off on playing until the grass is established. If they hydromulched it may be a week or two before they start seeing anything. If they didn't it may take longer.
