Ya, and why didn't you play? not enough NorCal points?

We were leading by 14 points after Saturday and stretched it out to 32 by the end of the day Sunday. Mucho fun: 2 kegs, tri-tip lunch, cool shirt, dx destroyer, star ontario roc, I got to play disc golf with Dave Dunipace. Saw Rhett!

I was notified two days before the event (third-hand) that I was invited.

Keeping in mind that I was not the first choice for my division, having come in 4th place in the NorCal Series points, I hope that this is the reason for the late notification.

Regardless, it seems some effort to put the teams together more in advance of the event may be worthwhile.

I do have to admit that I'm rather ignorant to the whole thing though. I'll need to look into how it's all done before going off half-cocked and saying it's a problem.
The "problem" may very well be my own ignorance.

I do hope to be there next year though.

I'm thinking 4th place should have gotten you in the fray. I do know that this is a pain in the rear to organize with people dropping out at the last second and things of that sort. Sorry you missed it JB.

Yeah, I'll bet it is quite a pain to organize. I'll also bet that people dropping out is why I was asked at such a late date.

Like I said, I hope to make it next time.
I'll pay closer attention if I'm up near the top of the points again.
