Now I respect the audacity of the boy for wanting to challenge himself against greatness. The real sad part here is that someone of his stature has written the load off as a viable threat. How the quasi-not quite mighty have fallen!

I read that post. I find it hard to believe that what was there in any way could be considered a personal attack. Maybe a humorous jibe. I think there is a basic flaw in the pdga monitoring system, in that there is no review before a post is deleted or if there is a review, basic common sense is not used.

maybe if you quit focusing on the message board you could actually make some strides in membership. we are still basically stuck at 5 members per course, yet the pdga is trumpeting membership gains this year in an email to me. hmmmm

i've already proposed a fix, yet the pdga has yet to respond with even one good reason not to implement it. It would be simple to make the main areas of the board member only and leave a small section viewable by non-member which is moderated. that way only the most flagrant problems would have to be dealt with on the privatre board and not in view of prospective members and sponsors....

same old same old though i guess for the foreseeable future. i was really hoping the new leadership would implement some change and progress instead of following in the saem old footsteps.
