Krash aced #16 long last week with a yellow 171 Flick while playing herd golf. Nice payout on that one!

I aced #14 in the short yesterday with a Red 174 Champion Monster-X while the wind was howling at least 30 mph. Thank you LarDog and Krash for the $5 donation to my cause.

Well, it wasn't Ray that did it, but the most crucial ace in the history of the Delta Windjammers was hit 4-2-08 by nonother than Steve Meredith for a cool $923. Way to stun the crowd of 47 on-lookers before most of them even threw their first shot. Looking forward to the beer this Wednesday, Steve.

Steve aced the short #5 with a tournament fundraiser Equinox pro wraith.

Krash hits hole 18 at the Turkey Gulch course at Highland Springs. He used a cro. I heard the commotion. Congrats Krash. You deserve it...just like the Celtics.

Hole 18 was in an open field. It's a downhill 270 footer. A heart was cut out of the amber waves of grain for the green with the basket in the middle of it. Totally cool.

Jim Reece hit #14 at Fiddleneck this weekend for his 4th ace out there. He definitely has the lead out there. I don't have any out there and Ernie Valdez hit 2 in one round a couple of years ago for 2nd place so far.

Hole 14 at Victory Park in Albion was my 6th hole of the tourney. It was 165 feet, but it was a skinny downhill penninsula hole with water on left and right sides. I was just trying to hit the green with my 172 *OR. Bang!!! I got the first ace of the Worlds 08. :cool: 41 more aces later and my 4 thousand dollar ace turned into 110 bucks.

Yesterday after grading and setting forms for tee pads, I played doubles with the work crew, Josh, Zach, Stevel, Bretto, Davem, Dballs, and Pat (who didn't play). There's something about playing after doing something for the course, because once again my KC Teebird zeroed in on the chains for another ace. I think I'll get up early and do some work on the tee pads before singles on Sunday; the ace pot is over two bills.
