This event is only 9 days away & I will be thru this course this weekend to get the final touches ready for next weekend including retaping baskets, a little clearing, & layout for Oct. 13th which will be 1 round of 18 holes & 1 round of 24 holes, PRO & AM1 will pay 1 long & 1 short tees, while all other divisions will play 2 short tees. This set up should allow plenty of time for a well run tourney that gets evryone out at a decent hour. Come play Willow it is a very fair course and beautiful scenery this time of year.

Please be advised for those who have never played Willow it is only approx 20 minutes from Ann Arbor. Take 94 East to 275 South and get off at Exit 11. Go back over the highway and the road takes you right into the park after about 1500 feet.

Mike: Will the round of 18 be shorts or longs for Am1/Open? And what holes will be skipped out on?

Woj, the answer to the question of the last post will be tommorow night after I go thru the course.

The only real suggestion for a little trimming might be Hole 24 between the long and short tees. It is SUPER tight in there right now. The rest of the course plays pretty decent.

Only 3 more days till this C/B tier event. The weather for Saturday 10/13/07 looks great Sunny and mid 60's, perfect Autumn disc golfing weather. Subway, The Fly, & myself came thru with $600 in added prizes for this tourney.

Course has 24 holes holding 96 players and past avg attendance has been approx 60 to 70 players. So, make the trip to Willow Metropark(approx 25 minutes from Toledo & 25 minutes from Ann Arbor) & I guarantee if you make the trip and are at the course by 10 am I will get you in !! PLAYER PACKS for all AM's ! I will have over 800 discs on display including 5 different models of very SWEET CFR CHAMPION GLOW DISCS & CHAMPION DESTROYERS.

Sissy & myself are your hostess & host for this event & look forward of seeing you all on Saturday 10/13/07. Remember FREE sponsored CTP's, JUMBO TOSS, TROPHIES, & MORE !!

Layout will be Pro Divisions & AM1 playing 1 round long(Pro tees) and 1 round shorter(Am tees) (2 long tee rounds would have time issues). Other divisions 2 rounds from the shorter(Am tees).

Joe played a hell of a tournament. Sweet first round, and held on during the second round. By the way: the scores for the 2nd round might seem weak, with simple -3s sitting as 960 rated rounds, which is odd, but Michalak took out four very deuce-able holes. 19, 20, 24, 1. So Joe actually played a much stronger round than his score indicates to hold onto it.
