New Club Name

Some conversation has been had on the course about changing the name of our club. There have been a few ideas kicked around and I can only remember a few of them. I propose a vote, based on the following system:

We gather suggestions for a week. A suggestion needs to be seconded by another member in order to be considered for the final vote. Multiple suggestions, but only one second per member. At the end of the week, we gather the qualifying suggestions and poll the group for another week (we can even do absentee votes for those who do not post, if necessary). One vote per member in the final tally. What do you guys think?

If you like that idea, here's the only suggestions I can come up with right now:

OMB vs. YGB (gotta give the original a chance)
North Texas Tree Gators

2. Flying with Fuego
3. Calling in sick to play disc golf

works fine, but some people said they want to change it. He[/b]ll, some of our own members can't even spell it :). It always takes explanation... I don't mind a change. But that's why I suggested we vote. If most people want to keep the original, then we keep it. It's just a name, anyway. It's still gonna be old guys trying to keep up with young guys, no matter what we call ourselves :D

we registered as a club this year under OMB/YGB..so it should stay for the year..

personally I think it is unique enought to warrant keeping it and is soooo fun to hear TD's try and annouce..especially when one of them was a member :D
