Are there flyers? What are the entry fees? Where can we register? What is the schedule of events? We are less than 4 weeks away. About time to get the word out.

I don't know how many people it will reach but send me a flyer via email and I'll post it at the Fayetteville and Springdale locations. jbhadlock1998@yahoo.com

I'd like to print some out to put up at work. If we need to get some printed I can probably take care of that.
Who do we need to talk to about this?

Ganzel and Bob are co-td's I believe. Anyone know anything?

I'm sure they have everything planned and ready to go and all the work is done. They know what they're doing. This is Ganzel's 2nd TDing so I'm sure this event will be flawless. No worries.

The event is only 3 weeks away. Would be nice to see a flyer or something go up. I was talking to Barney today and he is a board member. He knew nothing about it. Kelly said he had the pre-reg discs ordered. Who do we pre-reg with? How much is it? What divisions are there? What time is the players meeting?

Info to contact the TD with questions or to pre-register is
here: NWADGA.com (http://www.NWADGA.COM/)
or
here: PDGA Tour (http://www.pdga.com/schedule/event.php?TournID=6564)

I agree that flyers are effective promotional tools, just stating that the TD is reachable to ask him these questions, and like it says above, I guess he's working on one

Do you mean he's working on an answer or a flyer? Neither should take this long.

Can anyone tell me what is going on with the Kid's Day? I haven't heard any more on it in a long time. I am wanting to get some of my school kids out there, but do not want to give them bad info. Also I have something that has come up with my wife's family that I am sure she would like me to help her take care of Sunday, but if this is still going to be a good strong activity I want to be there to lend a hand.
Someone please let me know where this stands.

I can only imagine it will be a strong event if you and the Kids you have designated are there. My own will be there, as well as cousins from Ft. Smith, Evans kids, etc. Chuck has invited Kids from the Bentonville Boys and Girls Club. We learned that the Boys and Girls Club in Fayetteville is the largest in the nation, and plan to get the flyers to them. That being said, we are not prepared to give plastic to more than 100, I'm guessing, AND parking might be a problem.

Is parking gonna be an issue?
Is there poison ivy?
Can I send Evan in to rub funny lookin weeds on his face to see?
Will anyone be giving instructions?
Would you like use my new professional instruction video instead?
Can I bring FurDog if I keep him on a leash?

Can someone give me an idea of how long this is expected to last. My preacher's son would like to come up, but he has to be back in time for church.
Also, is there anything you need from me, besides just my presence with any kids I can wrustle up? I have offered up discs and Mr Watson's portables, but noone has told me for sure that any of these are needed.
I'll bring anything I can to help out.

Mar 29 2007, 09:33 AM
Bring Peanut Butter Sangwiches and a copy of my instructional video.
That's all they need.

We talked very informally at the first of the planning and then again at the Ice Bowl, but nothing has been said about what all is needed. I was sure you could probably use what discs I have, of course they are used and not all are "kid friendly", but they are better than nothing. I knew that you had gotten some discs, so I wanted to be sure mine were still needed. I also didn't know if the baskets were needed during the clinic or not. I have the four of yours and an Instep basket of my own.
I just wanted a confirmation, close to tourney time, of what all was needed of me. You know I want to do all I can to promote this to the kids!

He's scared of playing in the rain, he knows that all of us rec/int players in the area played in like 5 consecutive weekly minis in the rain and are so used to it that we're likely to shoot better than our course pro, heck I've got like bag tag 12 and he has 20, I think his game is really getting bad :o

Not excuses,Just reality.
Not too messed up about it to tell you the truth.
Gots BIG buisness to attend to.Kids to attend to as well.
This should HOPEFULLY be handled by April.
No kids for the next 3 events and the buisness should be handled by then as well.
You know what i'm talkin about Dave.We discussed it while having coffee the morning of HOTB.
I gotta be careful what I say here.I've got people who like to poke around reading my posts on the board who'd like nothing more than to mess it all up.
Howdy !!! BTW.
Yeah i'm still here.
Anyway good luck to all .I'll catch ya at the next one.
Hot Springs here we come. ;)

I destroyed the Northshore Invitation once again. Yes Kyle i beat you both rounds. Last year i dominated AM2 this year AM1 next year Open. I played really well both rounds and finished it off with birding 4 out of the last 5. Like I have said before. Pure and utter domination.
