Hey Mark,
isnt that the same weekend as the Pro Howler?

MARKB
Oct 05 2006, 04:26 PM
Yes it is, we are in no way trying to pull Open players from that event, the gdstour events are geared more to Ams and since the Am howler is the weekend before we figured the 4th would be fine

Not a lot of dates to chose from, and we needed some time to prepare for the event so this was the best we can do :)

hey, no concern to me. I was just making sure you knew. Neither are sanctioned, so you can do whatever you want.
As long as i get me some of those wizards at is!

You will get your wizards :)

I figured there might be a few people that might take offense to someone holding a tournament the same weekend in close proximity but I mean its the end of the year and not too many dates open :) Plenty of fun to be had! So everyone playing the weekend before should come on out to the Mukwonaghoul! :)

I put a paypal link on http://www.tourdg.com to pay via paypal. As with most sites that use online payments there is a convenience fee to cover the extra charges that come with accepting credit payment

Update, there will be Dominos pizza for dinner, each player will most likely get at least 2-3 slices maybe more depending. The players pack officially includes 3 glow sticks, a Stamped Glow Wizard and a Mini

The Ace Pool will be $3.00, if no ace is hit the money will go towards the Pay Out! I am really excited about this event!

and where is the link on www.gdstour.com (http://www.gdstour.com) to pre-reg with paypal?

MARKB
Oct 30 2006, 10:22 PM
the paypal link is on www.Tourdg.com (http://www.Tourdg.com) which is my website, nothing special just a link...

unfortunately the gdstour site is never updated and i think gateway is having it redesigned.

1st round is best shot from the longs and the 2nd round is best shot from the shorts... since I didnt have baskets moved one hole (17) will have my titan portable and a garbage bag over the actual pin since I want that one longer.

edit* and for some reason my website is not working....

MARKB
Oct 30 2006, 10:39 PM
Like I said my website for some reason is not working and hopefully I can get that resolved

to Preregister you can send a 31.50 (1.50 convenience charge) and an extra $3.00 for the ace pool if you wish to get in on that. My paypal account is law@wi.rr.com

If the ace pool is not hit it will go to the payout.

mark, are you going to have enough B pool players to balance this out? it looks like all A pool players that have pre-reged? just wondering

Nov 02 2006, 01:59 PM
I'm guessing there will be enough B-poolers. Aren't the Loper boys playing? And, after a malicious attempt by someone (who shall remain nameless) to sabotage my throwing hand, I'm guessing that I'm a shoe-in for the B pool.

Unfortunately I don't think we're going to be able to make it on Saturday.

Hope things go well!

MARKB
Nov 02 2006, 06:57 PM
Yeah I heard Marie, I hope your ok... however I am sure it wasn't meant to be malicious ... I am staying out of this haha

The loper boys have been backed out by Don to spend time with the mother I guess so thats a no go. I will move players between pools as needed so we do have it as even as possible...

My brother is playing and is definately a B - pooler :) haha

Got all 18 pumpkins carved tonight...

My girlfriend Nettie, Dan Kasten and I got them done in about 2 hours!

The name of the game is FUN... lets just have a fun time! I want to make this an annual event, I can already tell a few things will be done differently next year but it was to be expected...
