Just wondering who is going to AM worlds. I know myself and Chris Warf are heading out on Jul 21st. We need to UNITE. There already talkin smack in OK about us NC boys.

I might be able to attend....I am moving to Wilmington permanantly end of June, (every weekend for now) and opened a new business with a friend in Carolina Beach last weekend, so now of course i have no money! But hoping to figure it out and go to Tulsa to add to the NC golfers.

I might need a tour around Castle Hayne sometime as well.

Yeah, I heard that David Wiggins and Chris Warf are teaming up at doubles in Oklahoma. That is going to be an awesome team, so watch out everyone!

I second the happy birthday to Chris Warf! I think NC has an excellent chance of winning all the junior men's divisions. I have seen Chris Warf, David Jr., and Andrew Coggin play and would call all of them the odds on favorite in their divisions.

I would like to make a personal apology regarding the doubles. At the Sanford Slinger tournament, I suggested to David that he could move up a division and team up with Chris for the under 16 World Doubles. I didn't ask David about this beforehand and should have (my big mouth) because I thought they would have an excellent chance to win and it would not be a problem. David is only 11 though and he was very worried that he would not do well in the 16 and under at the world's level and let down his teammate Chris and that others would be mad at him for that. It sounds silly, but I don't see things through the eyes of an 11 year old. (David does not read this message board by the way - he is too young to surf the net without supervision)

Anyway, after much consternation, I could see it would not work out, and agreed to let David stay in his own division. There had been no real agreement at the time, just talk, but it looks like my talk (again my big mouth) was taken the wrong way. So I feel sort of responsible for the miscommunication and apologise.

For this reason, I am trying to help Chris (he and I already talked about this) find a good doubles partner for the under 16 division and will pay the entry fee for both players to play doubles. Please contact Chris or I if you know of someone.

Movig to Wilmington on July first, and got invite a few weeks ago.. now that i am moving of course..and opening my own business, so money is tight. So thought i would ask around and see who might be going, how your going out, and if there were any available floors?
