I want to thank Terry and his crowd for the presence of the ADGA at the A-Z Doubles. Jason, Janetta, Andrew and Skip Maxwell. Of course Brian Mace put on a great tourney and I hope all of you who were unable to come had a great Mother's Day.
I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest, heartfelt gratitude that my partner did not kick my ***. Without my error, I will continue to believe that you who were able to think and play with no distractions..ie hoping you would not have to visit the emergency room..would have possibly felt our sigh of relief as we passed you, hehe.
I appologize for making light of a very big emotional/physical event. I was late. For no reason, I was late. I have nothing to blame my tardiness on but laziness. I did not ASK.
David Covalt, I'm sorry. I know that is against the rules, but your demeanor, attitude and ability to at least carry on in a situation which would have most people showing much less class, determination and skill, was awesome. Do not believe a word he tells you otherwise.
Once again, had a great time. Congratulations to all the winners, (most especially those from out of town, hope you had a safe journey home). Arlington was beautiful. Course was great. C'ya'll on the weekend.
