I thought this would be a good place to post any improvements that we could make for the next tournament.

It helps to write down the entrants names as they're handing in their sign up sheets, and put them into their divisions...this way you can see how many people are in each division...if at all possible, there should be at least three people in each division.

In order for the TD to get plenty of sleep the night before a tourny, all copies should be made, all equipment bought (calculator, string, notebooks, tape measures, etc.), and as much done and ready to go for morning.

We will all learn something from each event ran.Just from this I myself am going to end registration at 8:00 am sharp.A board (For all to use) will be made for events.A suggestion box would be a good idea at each tourney. And if I ever do an alternate course.Maps of the layout will be available.I am guilty of this myself.Last year at Alma Greens.I don't think we can over prepare for our events. As far as I can see.All of our tourneys have been a success.Just little things need more attention. We will be ready to host the big ones some day by all the lessons learned from these infants. But Man! Our little babies have produced some numbers haven't they.Wait and see what we'll be doing in a couple years.
