SWEET. I'm bringing an extra $20 or $30 to try to get into the final 9 skins. But even if I don't, I will have lots of fun watching it, as always. I also like how you guys took Fitz out of the mix. Last year I busted a tire on the way to Fitz from the player's meeting. Luckily the GR trio of Matt D, Dan T, and Sam V had some room in their car. Or maybe that was the Lansing Am Classic...

Is anyone playing the CCR open from around the Howell or Livingston county area? As gas prices rise to $3.00/ gal, car pooling is becoming a greater priority. I'll drive if anyone want to split gas. PEACE

I'm planning on commuting both days, Sat. and Sun. If there was a whoop #$*&$! party going on with girls in bikinis begging me to stay with them and drink there beer, well.....I might change my mind but surely would extend the invite to whom ever I was traveling with. Right now round trip both days.

How did the final 9 go? Who got in? Who won alot of skins?
I think the pairings and results are as follows:
Scott Martin played with little Marc Burnett and I think they won 1 skin.
Al played with Daymon and I think they won 5 skins
Raley played with Nate Facine and I think they won 1 skin.
Ken Gill played with an Am-2 or 3 but I don't know his name and I think they won 1 skin.
I know that only adds up to 8 skins - I don't know who won the last skin. It was a very wet skins but fun to watch them throw some sweet shots. Al pumped a drive from 1's teepad to 2's basket that made it through the woods and was only 45 feet away from the basket.
Also congratulations to Justin Leopold on his first B-tier win in Am1, coming back with a hot 51 on the west course in the final round to win by 2 strokes.

Sweet. Thanks Jon. I was feeling under the weather on Friday night, or I would've been there. And my congratulations to Leopold as well, I'm sure he will chalk up a few more W's this year. He's got the skills.
BTW Jon I saw your blooper movie on Google Video, that is HILARIOUS! My fav is your brother's segment.

"under the weather"...meaning too much to drink and went to bed too late? just messing with ya.
Be on the lookout for a 2006 version of both a highlight and bloopers video soon - just need a couple more rounds to make a long enough video...right now you're the opening shot on the highlights with your sweet drive on 1 playing champ black

Sweet! No, I caught something going around, kind of a cold/throat thing.
I figured I'd post a link to the bloopers (http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-5816762064854647255&q=disc+golf&pl=true) for all to see :D:D
The segment I meant was after Paul's post-round commentary. "Jonathon is highly dejected" I love it!!

It couldn't be a link to the highlights could it. I can't wait to come back to A2 for DGLO. I'm getting tired of all the woods out here.
