In just 11 days we will be back at the Janesville course for the Wisconsin Tour Warm Up. This is a PDGA sanctioned C-Tier event which means you can earn your points for next year's pro or am worlds.

There will be 100% payout for this event. There will be a player's pack also for all of the amatuer divisions.

We have online registration and snail mail registration so please be sure to check out my either website, www.takeflighttoday.com (http://www.takeflighttoday.com) or www.lifetimediscsports.com (http://www.lifetimediscsports.com) for more information.

As you can see, we already have 23 people registered! I just spoke with Jake from Janesville and he is going to try and get 5 more cement tees in before the event (bringing it to 14 cement ones) and even try to have temporary tee pads for the remaining holes. He is also slowly getting the baskets replaced so it won't be just home made ones. He should have 3 or 4 new ones in by then as well.

Let me know if you have any questions! REGISTER TODAY!

I was a little worried about some of the tee pads on the back 9 since they were very muddy when I played there in early January but it sounds like they have a plan for that.

I'm looking forward to the season.

I played with Jake a local there. He said they are trying to pour teepads before the tourney. If they do the teepads will be junk real soon. The face of the concrete will flake off and the teepads will spider. Unless they spend a lot of money on heating blankets and accelerant. They cannot be poured in winter.

I'm just thinking about the tee pad at the top of the hill on the back 9. Every square inch of that pad was mud. That's definately a hole you'd like to have some good footing on to let one rip. There were a few other pads that were in bad shape too but you could stand back a little more or off to the side.

We'll just have to wait and see.
