You can find it in the Course Directory on the top right of your screen. If you were to ask me, I'd tell you to go to Kensington or Hudson Mills. But noone asked.

Come straight up 75 to 275. Take 275 north to the Six Mile Road exit. Go west on Six Mile a few miles. When you go under the railroad tracks, right away there is a traffic light. Turn right at the light, go about 50 yards and turn left into the park. Park by the tot lot. Across the tot lot from where you parked is a little foot bridge over the creek. Cross the bridge, go straight ahead and you'll come to Hole 4 tee on your right. You want to start on 4, rather than 1 for two good reasons: Hole 3 is a cool ending hole and all the riff-raff parks at hole 1. Mark Ellis has established that all the cool people park at the tot lot. So I have to park at 12!
The course routing can be mysterious if you don't have a guide. Print this out and take it with you:
From 4 basket to 5 tee is a longish walk. Follow the path that is to the left of the basket. Turn right when you get out of the woods.
After hole 8, ahead and to the right there is an opening into the woods. Go in there. The first tee you come to is on your right and that is 11. Keep going straight but remember where 11 was. 9 will be ahead on the left.
After you play 12, walk across the road and into that field. 13 tee is in the field and the basket is over the little rise.
After you play 13 there is another long walk. Take the path that leads away to the left. You probably go 100 yards but I've never paced it. The first tee you see on your left is 18 long. The next tee you come to is in the path and it is 14 long.
14 plays up the hill. Then you go out of the woods and 15 plays down the hill steeply back into the woods. After 15 you can go forward and to the left, but if that is flooded just go straight through the woods to your left. Once you are out of the woods and over the rail you will come to 16. 16 goes up the hill. 17 goes back into the woods. 18 is a dogleg about 300 to the corner with a right turn and then 300 more to the basket.
After 18, you'll see the parking lot for 1 across the gravel drive. Walk through the parking lot and up the sidewalk a bit. When you come to an opening into the woods on your left, 1 tee is back in there.
Be a man and play long tees.
I think Cass Benton is 1 of the finest courses around -- even after the casual destruction of many smaller trees, there are enough larger ones to make a great layout and the elevation changes are a nice feature. It's best to play it earlier in the day because it can get pretty busy.
Bruce, Jim and Daemon,
Thanks for the directions / imput. I think I am still going to venture up this Saturday for the tourney
Hudson Mills and Kensington are nice courses no doubt, but never played Cass.
Thanks again

Ah yes then, go for it. I know people who love that course, it's really just a matter of personal preference for me. Maybe the fact that I can't shoot a good score there keeps me away. Come on down for March Meltdown at Hudson Mills this Sunday tho! It's sure to be a great time.

I've never played Cass either. I will sometime this year...I've heard it is a good course. Look forward to playing it.
Daemon, do you like it as much as Coldbrook? ;-)

haha! :) Contrary to my scores at Cracked, I enjoy playing Coldbrook. I think one of the best holes I've ever seen for risk/reward shot is the peninsula hole over by the pavilion. Play to the beginning of the outcrop for a scary downhill putt w/ OB behind, or try to put it on the green and hope it doesn't roll/skip OB! I skipped, but was in bounds. There are alot of other cool holes there as well. I'll be there for revenge next time they have a tourney!
