What? No response to my T10 challenge on your Ice Bowl thread?

Fine, I see where I rate. ;)

Hey, what are you guys doing for Turkey Day? Amie's throwin' down a big spread....You remember how to get to Burnet, right?

I hope to make BAB in '06.

Also, Lubbock and the Windriders will be hosting another tourney in the fall...yes TWO sanctioned tourneys (it's about time). We will have the second tourney, yet to be named (maybe the Cotton Classic or the Cotton Boll or Hub City Hucker or Hub City Cotton Classic), on October 14/15, 2005. Plans are to be a C-Tier the first year and then go B the second year. Yours truley will be TD for the initial event. I would like to utilize other courses for this one...McAlister, Levelland, and Buffalo Lakes are possibilities. Also, Matt Ryan will run a local fun tourney event in the spring 2005 (likely). But first - Ice Bowl (other thread) and BAB (this thread).

'sup Doc? I DO still owe you a disc (not forgotten). Spreads are killing me as I lost Tech/KU and Tech/Texas (discs on both). Oh well...TECH is Cotton Bowl bound anyway! Oh, beeeer....already confirmed beer for BAB. First things first you know. I was somewhat embarrassed this past weekend. I walk into the Brewery to order my Raider Red Amber and see that listed also on the chalkboard was Sooner Light. Ouch. All good though, they were great fans, pretty good drinkers, and took the loss? well.

You are correct, Mr. Ware!
The club (Rob Lee), had given up the weekend of June 24-25 before I got back. I had to get the other weekend. Not the weekend of choice, but it's what we've got.

Wish you could make it.

Bring the family! I plan on playing with my son. The date messes with me visiting my 80 year old dad though.

I'm hearing Friday doubles, 24 and 24 on Saturday, and another 24 on Sunday. Mace Man is to handle payouts. We are positioned better than ever as far as couse maintenance. Larry and others have really, really stepped up and have and keep the course in great shape. Don't miss this year's BAB. Put in on your new 2006 calendar NOW.

I need MONEY!!!

We need members to secure sponsorship.

Any clubs that would like to contribute, please contact me. I know the Windriders have sponsored several tournaments around the state. Time for reciprocity....

It sure sounded like Lubbock really supported Woodmen in Amarillo with something like 20 players. Big Spring is is next week April 22 & 23 and I suspect we'll support very strongly there also. We head back to Amarillo for Discrazy on May 6 & 7. I think then the next one in the region would be the BAB on June 17 & 18. Let's keep the numbers up at all of them! (sure wish I could play in some of them)

We have some added cash, but no where near $5000.00. I'm still soliciting and collecting. Should be between $1500-2000. Are you interested in contributing to the Pro purse, other than your entry fee?

Big Arms 2006 is complete...next up is Wild Hair in Abilene on June 24/25. The next big DG event in Lubbock is the Cotton Pickin' DG Tourney in Oct (goto that thread).
