Plainview, Texas....possible course?

There are things-a-brewing "again" in Plainview. I'm hoping that they organize and someone steps up and makes things happen. More later....

I've e-mailed the 'guy' several times and it again seems that there just is not someone to take the bull by the horns and make DG happen in Plainview.

Still a shame about the Plainview situation. But, up the road a few miles things are brewing in Dimmitt. The city manager is checking into DG possibilities for Dimmitt. Hmmmm..? Maybe if Dimmitt or Lockney or someone puts one in around Plainview, then Plainview will step up to the tee pad also.
