I'll be in L-town for the first time since May of 2004.

My little bro is getting hitched on Saturday October 15th.

I plan on getting a round in on Friday and/or Sunday afternoons.

we played a little golf...

Gordo smoked me...He had me by 3 strokes after 4 holes. By the time we played the course, he was up by 2. and got my #17 Dragon tag. I did manage to beat the old one and take his #5 gold Windriders tag...

Was fun to play the course again.The new deck on The Cliff shot is quite a spectacle...Very cool.

Gordo has learned to roll. Even his bad rollers are close to 500 feet. Tough to compete with that on some of those long holes!

Now that I have Dragon tag #17 can someone tell me where I can find #1? :o Since I have the Bone (Lubbocks #1 tag) I would like to be the top Dragon. Hey Josh it was fun getting a round in with you. Dont forget to let me know when theres a tournament in Austin.

Gordo, the I'm gonna have to settle you down pretty soon....if I ever get to play in Lubbock. Josh, quite. Rock, I really enjoyed playin' with you and D'Lynn last week. I am hoping to get Carol and I to make a quick weekend or day trip sometime (Palo Duro, etc.) and get her to play Thompson with D'Lynn. I think they would really enjoy playing together (again).

That was a fun round. Let us know when you're comming, maybe we can meet you in the Canyon and bring a basket. There are some really cool areas that would be fun for Disc Golf. I think it's the Mesquite Campground (or maybe it's Tumbleweed) at the far end of the road that has some neat features close to the parking areas.

I think this is only the second time I ever played for tags this year...actually I think about the only time I played singles within the group.

I don't work the Austin area (or Houston, Waco, far East Texas, or much North Texas) as I have counterparts in those areas. It sure takes out playing a bunch of nice courses for me. As many courses as I've played (apx 250), I have never played any in Austin :(. Now that my daughter is in Houston, I may possibly have a chance to stop off and give ya' a spankin' :D.
