Mary McGough

I got a call from Pepper a little while ago and Mary's water broke this morning. Marlene talked to Dan. Not sure what hospital they are in. Seems that this could be a long labor. Mary is 33 days early today. This being her first and all. My families thoughts and prayers go out to the McGough's and Pepperlings for a speedy birth!!!! Maybe we will be able to go see the baby soon.

Update:

Mary is in room 2330 at Arlington Memorial Hospital. This is the one on Randall Mill Rd in North Arlington just west of Cooper. I will talk to Dan here in a bit and see when we can go over. I am going to print this out when we go, so the McGough's can see it!!!!!

Zeth McGough was born via C-section at 5:39 this evening. He was 5 weeks pre-mature (that boy wanted out ;)) without any major complications to Mom or Baby. Due to the fact that he was born early his lungs are not fully developed so he will be in the hospital's care for a little while, but he is expected to be just fine.

The specs: 5 pounds 14 oz and 17 3/4" long. Just imagine if Zeth went to term before he decided to be born, babies are supposed to gain an average of a pound a week for the last 5 to 6 weeks .

Due to the surgery Mary won't be home until sometime Saturday. She is now in room #3212 at Arlington Memorial. You can call 817-548-6300 and enter the room # if you want to congratulate the new parents, or just to keep the restless Mr. McGough busy doing something so he doesn't go crazy ;).

BOOM BOOM!!! I am one proud uncle :DThe little guy is so cute and is doing just fine. I was finally able to see him last night around 9pm. They have him on a breathing machine right now but it should only be for a few days to a week. Zeth has strawberry blond hair with really light baby blue eys for the moment. His hair was so long when he came out that he had his mommies curles in the back :DI am going up to see the Mcgoughs tonight after work but when I talked to them earlier everything was good besides Mary being a little sore... I will keep you guys informed, sorrry haven't been able to post lately, got a better gig that they actually want me to work at...

Mary went home saturday, but it may be a week before little Zeth gets to go home. Dan said yesterday that Zeth was doing much better and was very alert. Hopefully they will be able to bring him home this weekend!!!

Man, I wasn't paying attention. I thought I sent that last post in a pm. Been a long day.

Whats up everyone... Sorry should have given you guys an update sooner. I was up at the hospital last night seeing Zeth, he is doing well but still at the hospital. He is now off of the breathing machine and is feeding on his own for the most part. He took about thirty ccs yesterday at 2 different feedings then had to be tube fed the rest of the 60ccs that they want him to eat. Once he is able to eat a full bottle at feeding time he is good to come home. He is so cute and very alert until after he feeds, then he is so tired he can't keep his eyes open. Dan and Mary's add is 5705 Aliconte Dr Arlington TX 76017... I will try to update you guys in a few days...
