If you could design a disc? What would you design? What would make the disc different than a current production disc?
Example:
I would love to see what would happen with the stability of a driver if the underside of the wing wasn't perpendicular against the underside of the face plate.

Dave mac just asked me the same exact questio last night. /msgboard/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
well, scootz, what was your answer?
my disc would have holes in the wing that would allow air to flow through it as it turns. *by wing I refer to the lip where your hand goes, not the plate. you can use it Dave
Quarter K had this but for some reason it was retooled. I would like to see what a disc would do if the lip of the disc was convex instead of concave. I bet it would be slower but the glide would be freaking awesome.
I think the Gateway illusion has that feature. But I'm sure someone better informed will chime in. ;)

Yes the wing on the wizard and the Illusion are convexed. /msgboard/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

And some G6i Demons had a convexed wing as well.
I personally would love to see a Speed Demons "Lip-Bead" (You know, the thing that makes a Speed Demon a Speed Demon instead of a Spirit) put on a Sabre...I think the result would be a much longer straighter TeeBird type disc!!!!
I'd like to design a putter that leaves my hand heading in the right direction every single time.
They need to make an oval shaped disc to slow the rolling process, or maybe a triangle.
