I was going to put this in the One Disc Challenge post, but I figured this post needs more attention than that post will get now that the event is done.
Well to sum things up, this was a moment I will never forget on the disc golf field. One Disc Challenge, April 27th, Hole 14, Monster, we’re on our second shots, me being about 170ish from the basket. I yell wow look how far this drive went. One second later, chhhhew.... Slater turns over the driver by me towards the road. At the same time a Cadillac CTS (pimped out with rims and ground effects) is just turning left. As the two objects approach each other.... WHACK!....Laughs on the field for this was a hilarious moment, sorry says Slater. The young guys reply, "Well what was it?”, "A disc", we say (these guys are stupid from the sounds of it, I mean what else would it be?). They then leave probably a little [*****]. As we are full of giggles for we’ve never seen a disc hit such a luxurious vehicle before.Well I would have to say Slater won this battle, for the CTS left with a little of its silver on Slater’s disc. On the side note, Kenner was pretty quiet during this whole excitement, but I think deep down inside he realized that he finally has plastic more durable then the body of a Cadillac CTS….. :D
