View Full Version : Area Tree removals
Just wondering if anyone here has any info on any tree removals. Played the Wagon yesterday and noticed that the two inside trees on three, off the tee are gone, as is the big one out in the center of 4.
Noticed a few Stony a few weekends ago to, but can;t remember exactly where.
Now I missed most of the end of last season with a broken hand (boxers break, completely trashed what little throw I already had) so these may have happened last year and Im just way behind......But what about Mills, Cass....and is Devils Ridge shut down after the basket theft, or was that just rumor. Thats one underrated park if you ask me.

Vienna has lost a bunch of Ash trees. due to that ash bore bettle or somethign like that. So it's not as woody anymore. But still challenging for all you Ann Arbor boys.
Yep,
That Ash bore beatle issue may really change courses in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Pennsylvannia.
They won't even allow Michigan firewood into Ohio because of the disease. Then again, it may just be an OHIO/MICHIGAN thang. :D
A real pain in the ash.

Yeah, its not the same, especially 3. It just doesnt feel like a complete game without rocketing one dead into the tree that used to be on the inside right. Its not much of a challenge now.

great call, i liked the old setup on 3 better then the new one, i wanted to ace that hole soo badly after hitting chains many times
Ya They're supposed ot take out over 100 trees at Wagner, and only replace 1 out of 5. Luckily I heard some of our local golfers are deciding where the new trees will be put. They've already taken out at least 50 at Wagner. Its not real a discgolf course now, more of a discgolf park where you can just have fun letting uhm rip.
