Hosting Tourney?

Ok I have a question,
Concering Rolling Hills park, Our league hosts 6 tournaments for points every year & travels all over to local area courses.
All of our local players are dying for this course to be included in our series but have also heard discouragement in the fact that A3 basically "owns" the course & will not permit any event other than A3. Now again this is hearsay & I cannot find out who to get ahold of to clarify this.
This isn't a bash on anyone or anything like that, I would just love for our series to be able to utilize that awesome course!

Not looking to bash anyone here either, but, if its on county property, dosent the county 'own' it? Meaning its available for anyone to play?

Right and it probablly is that way however I don't wanna step on any toes here becuase I know allot of those guys that busted [*****] to get that course in & all the labor it took.

Because I do not want to step on toes or **** anyone off by just up & hosting a tourney before asking, I realize it's county owned property & that I probablly could use the course without asking permission from A3 but that this was allot nicer way of going about things, plus Hopefully we will get some of those A3 guys to our events next year!
