Contracts and clubs

There is a potential new course going in in Glen Rose Texas. It will be on county property and run and maintained by the local club. We are negotiating a contract with the county regarding the course, useage, installation etc... Does anyone have existing contracts between a club and a gov't entity that we might use as a guide?

Any info will be appreciated. the course location will be AWESOME and angry and all the good stuff...not a lot of roller terrain out here though ;)
