are the longs concrete, or just markers for dirt tees?

Many of the long tee pads now have a wooden marker. Some of them you just have to know where the string is. I still don't know where or if they have long tee pads for #13 and #15. This course changes quite a bit from the longs.

#13 hs no real long tee as of yet, but it is sometimes played from behind the short pad. #15 has flags marking the "long" tee, which is about 15 feet to the right of the "short" pad. it does make it more interesting by taking away the tunnel and the easy ace.

I had an "easy" ace on the tunnel shot a year ago. I guess I need one from the other teepad. :D

there were a few close ones from the alternate teepad on Saturday morning. Gary missed by about a foot (baseball skipper) and I think PT_Bling was the flick-shot that was only a couple feet deep, both shots were chain-high :) I might've been close myself, but the dern thing found the base of a tree about 20' from the basket, right as it should have been skipping towards the chains :(

BTW, Mark I finally got my 1st black ace Saturday :p Did u read that post?

I talked with the Athletic Director from Mckinney at the TAAF conference and he said that there are no plans to put a new course in McKinney right now. I do not know if this is completely true, but I figured that the Athletic director for Parks and Rec would know?
