Disc Golf Broadcasting Online???

I have been waiting for someone to bring up the idea of starting an Online broadcast. I do not know a whole lot about this but I do know that WinAmp offers video broadcasting and I am sure others places do also. As far as I can tell, it is not that complicated to get a channel.

Is there anyone out there that knows more about this that can better explain how it works?
