I played CPE yesterday for the first time since the WCO. The front nine are in good shape and the city was mowing the course. The back nine has grown up and needs some weedeating and mowing. The biggest problem was the fairway on #17 has been blocked by trees which appear to have fallen after the storm. I would like to have a little cleanup next weekend. If you can make it please let me know. Does anyone in Waco have a riding mower they could bring? I plan on grilling some burgers for the hardest workers. Joey are you out there?
