i throw lefty and i was wondering if anybody had any advice on how to get rid of the big left hook. its fine with mid range discs, like the inova roc or the lightning prostyle u2, but with any long range driver, it always gets the nastiest hook, please help me. an email would be greatly apprecitaed at Spnkdrm@aol.com,if you have the time. thanks. peace
That was some gutsy golf down the stretch, by several of the contenders including the eventual winner.
Sure the end of the playoff was a bit of a letdown, but who cares? What a great Sunday at Augusta. Wow.
Hang in there, Lefty. /msgboard/images/clipart/happy.gif

Hey Chuck try the RG Pump Weasel!
I was talking about Phil, CW. Still waiting on him to win a major.
That was what this thread was about, right? /msgboard/images/clipart/happy.gif

gotta LOVE Phil M. 3 times in a row 3rd place. his time will come.
I thought Phil said it best in the post round interview. "I think I played well, I have no control over how well the other guys played, but I thought -5 was certainly good enough. Mike was just a bit better." True class, if you ask me.
Chuck: Did you see VJ Singh's LEFT HANDER? Out of the Poop? What style! Oh well, a Canadien, here at Augusta! I heard that Canada, Is; America "Lite" Weir is one tough little guy! "meister"
Check this out, on Saturday evening there were a few kids out on Eisenhower drive near right across from the National on the driving range side, a block from the main gate.
Anyway these kids were rollerblading, dressed in hockey jersey's and hockey masks, beating and waving hockey sticks chanting "Mike Weir, Mike Weir, Mike Weir"!!!!
I am glad he won for those guys! (Even though I should have been chanting "Charles Howell Charles Howell Charles Howell, local boy!"
The most remarkable thing to me is he held on for two days! It is always easier to come back on someone to win, always more difficult to hold on when people are coming back on you! And trust me with all the score boards and rumors stirring in the gallery, you know what is going on all over the course!
Yes, very nice to see Weir win this one. We in Region 4 (NW USA and BC) kinda include Weir into our clan.
Weir is a steady golfer who knows how to play tough courses; courses where par is great and parring a playoff hole is a good bet to win. Weir I think went bogey-free on the Sunday crunch round.
Phil Nickelson I think has better skills than fellow lefty Weir, but Phil still seems to have a bad mindset to handle tough courses. Still too much interest in making great shots instead of avoiding bad shots. He may not win a major on a world-class course until he's 40 and all grown up.
Phil is great but he needs to lift weights. Overall physical fitness is what is pushing younger golfers over the edge!
Oh Canada! He's only been on the tour four years and now has the masters for his third win this year! Go Mike Weir
