14 holes in woods, 4 open. Challenging, with massive trees, elevation, blind holes, OB water and lots of brush off fairways. Pavilions, ball fields and a beautiful 2 mile walking trail.

Directions:
Same as Shillito except take next exit after Nicholasville on Hwy. 1974/Tates Creek Rd., right 3 miles to a right on Clearwater Way, left on Southpoint Dr., left into park by ball fields. At stop sign turn right uphill. 1st tee to left of batting cage.

Very challenging layout with lots of trouble. Water, tight fairways, primarily wooded layout, all cause lots of potential for trouble and extra strokes. Decent tees. Signage is a bit lacking if you have not played the course. Good course to test your game.
course is a hard course. In my opinion,it's harder than idlewild in burlington.fun to play though.signs and tees are pretty good.
