Basically flat, but has 5 elevated tees ranging from 3' to 12' above the fairway. Narrow fairways require accuracy. Mature, manicured landscape of lawn & trees. Lots of water hazard & dense rough.

Hwy 12; exit 14A Hwy 397 south (Finley). Go south on 397 for 6.6 miles through Pasco & Kennewick to a left at milepost 4.7 on Finley Rd. Go 1.4 miles to the park on left.
