At the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort at Teton Village. From Jackson, Hwy 22, 5 miles north towards Wilson, then Hwy 390 north for 6 miles to Teton Village. 1st tee behind the JH aerial tram dock and the Mangy Moose Saloon, about 500 feet across the "skier's bridge".
