Heavily wooded with elevation changes on many holes. Both nines begin from parking lot. KOA directly across the road.

From 94; take Clearwater exit, go into town to a left on Co. 75 (towards St. Augusta), go 2 miles to course on left next to KOA.
This course is not particulary long, but trees come into play on pretty much every hole. Accuracy off the tee is critical on this course. The only negative thing I can say about this course is that many of the holes seem too similar to each other. The course is intutive and well marked, so getting lost or confused about the layout is not an issue. I found this to be a good intermediate level course that both beginners and experienced players can find enjoyable.
