Wide open - with high winds most of the times. The first three holes are flat with few tree. The next six are worked into elevated mounds. A high profile course with four lane streets on three sides.

I 34 to W Burlington. Exit on Gear Ave. The college is at the SW corner of the intersection.
Open , hot , and windy. Very well mowed and clean.Good for rollers.
Mostly flat and wide open. Same shot every hole.
Wind can be impossible. Course is surrouned by two heavily traveled roads, with a highway real close.
