First off, the only reason I give this course a 3 is because it is actually 18 holes and not 9. Basically, the course is pretty bland. It simply gos from left to right to left up a single ski run and then crosses over to another ski run. The course only has two or three approaches through the trees. It was a little frustrating and slightly embarrassing on hole 3, when I had to ask a group of people standing under the zip line canopy tour (right in the fairway) watching the people zip down to kindly move 30 feet to the right so I could play through, and then hoping that I wouldn't throw off target and pop one of them in the head. MESSAGE TO MASSANUTTEN POWERS THAT BE: MOVE THE BASKET AND MOVE THE TEE!!! On the plus side it has a few holes with some moderate difficulty. If you have some solid long distance skills without hooking the disc, you will really enjoy the 18th with a long 560'+ downhill approach down the ski run. I could only get it in 4 but with the right skills a birdie would be possible. Pretty cool if you actually happen to be at the resort for some reason. I felt like I was one of the only people to ever play the course without rental discs.
