Pros: This is a decent 9 hole course using the park that is in pretty good shape. It is located right off of the highway and most of the holes are pretty short and offer a good variety of shots.
Cons: The holes are tube tone, not actual baskets. The tee boxes consists of spray paint in the grass and a small orange marker, the next tee for every hole is hard to find. Also it is hard to know where you are throwing to due to lack of signs.
Other Thoughts: I went with someone the 1st time I played this course, and I needed them to help guide me to the next hole, for every hole. I would play again if in the area or if I was short on time.
This course could be ok if it tried. My buddy and I went there recently. They don't use baskets it's just poles with chains, so trying to figure out the course direction is impossible. Half way to the first tee box we spotted a cleverly placed sleeping bag in a tree, which so happened to be above a bum's house..which was under the tree. After passing the hobo house it quickly smelled the old stinky piss river running through the park, everybody loves that smell on the course so naturally we were stoked. Soon after that an army of little f***ing mosquitos showed up to chew our legs off. SO we bailed. This course is trying but not pulling it off, basically it sucks.
I can't even give this course a 1. It sucked. Too many bums/drunks. The city should just save its money spent on even mowing this place. Could be a nice little course if it was fixed up.
