From Portland; I-84 east 35 miles to exit #30, which goes straight into the park. Map at paybox.
This is a nice course for beginners or as a two par course for experienced players. It is located in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge, but you can't see much of it from the course. It is in an Oregon State park and as such, there is a daily usage fee ($5). This course is quite close to the famous Multnomah Falls and is worth playing as a driving break or an "add on" to visiting the falls.
